One visit from our team and Warden connects to the cameras you already have. It reads body movement — not faces — to spot concealment, and pings your phone with a short video clip the moment something looks off.

Pose Detection

Warden reads behavioural and pose patterns in real time — how a person moves, reaches for items, or conceals products in pockets, bags or jackets.
No facial recognition is used in that process.

Faces are never recorded unless a manager confirms an event as theft, in which case a short clip is kept as evidence. Everything else is discarded automatically.

UK Servers

The detection model runs entirely on UK-based servers, ensuring full GDPR compliance and data sovereignty. Because the infrastructure is local, flagging latency is as low as ~2-3 milliseconds.

Cloud recordings are deleted automatically after 30 days, with no exceptions. No facial data is stored unless a manager has approved the event as a confirmed theft.

Continuous Learning

The longer Warden runs in your store, the more accurate it gets. Every time a manager confirms or dismisses an alert, the model refines its sense of what genuine theft looks like in your environment.

Accuracy climbs over the first few weeks while false positives drop — soon Warden reliably tells a customer adjusting their coat from someone concealing stock.

Instant Alerts

The moment Warden spots suspicious behaviour, an alert is pushed to the manager's phone and dashboard with a 7-second clip.

The manager taps to approve or dismiss. Nothing happens without their confirmation — Warden never escalates on its own.

Approved events are flagged and the clip kept securely as evidence. Dismissed events are discarded but still train the model, reducing future false positives.
