The system never sees a face. By design, not by policy.
Frames are blurred before pose extraction even begins. Warden works from 17 anonymous skeleton points — no identity, no biometrics, no raw footage leaving your shop, unless approved as theft.

01
No Faces
Frames are blurred the moment they reach our UK servers — before any pose model runs. The extractor is built so it physically cannot read a face.
No facial recognition, no biometric template, no identity is ever generated. Warden sees a moving skeleton, never a person it could name.
Data that never exists can't be breached or sold — there's simply nothing there to take.
02
Encryption
Everything Warden keeps is locked down with bank-grade encryption, whether it's stored or being sent — and the keys never leave UK hardware.
Only the bare minimum ever persists: a confirmed theft clip or an anonymous count. Everything else is discarded the instant it's processed.
Clips auto-delete after 30 days unless you keep them as evidence. Nothing lingers by default, and nothing is ever sold, shared or used to train models.
03
Compliance
Every deployment ships with the paperwork a UK shop actually needs — a Data Processing Agreement, a register-of-processing entry and a plain-English privacy notice for your window.
You stay the data controller. We're simply the processor, and we keep it that way.

Warden runs in the cloud — but only ever on UK servers. Your footage is processed and stored in British data centres and never leaves the country.
Every byte stays under UK jurisdiction — no cross-border transfer, no overseas access, ever.
